I normally prefer to go out taking pictures by myself. That way I can take as long as I want framing a shot. There’s no concern about what the group might want to do, when I want to walk blocks off the beaten path just to see if I can line up a scene. And I can go as early… before most are even awake.
But that doesn’t mean that when I am with friends and family and we decide to visit a tourist town and just hang out all day that I won’t bring my camera.
